My 5th Year Google Anniversary

This past year, I celebrated my 5th year at Google Cloud.

From the moment I received my badge, I knew I was embarking on a transformative experience, one that would not only challenge me professionally, but also fuel my passion for learning and personal growth.

Throughout my time at Google Cloud, I've focused on building resilient, data-driven systems that empower companies to meet regulatory requirements, drive analytics innovation, and harness the full power of data in a compliant, secure way. As a lead in our Data & AI Governance consulting practice, I’ve worked alongside Fortune 500 clients to shape cloud solutions that ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance, pioneering strategies to help companies use data responsibly. I’ve also developed critical partnerships with industry leaders like Collibra, addressing complex data challenges.

What has happened these 5 years?

I’m driven by the vision of becoming a Chief Data Officer or Director of Data and AI Governance. In this role, my focus would be on establishing a forward-looking data strategy that ensures data not only meets compliance standards but also becomes a trusted asset for innovation.

I aim to bridge the gap between regulatory requirements and AI potential, guiding companies in building data architectures that are both secure and transformative. My goal is to enable organizations to thrive in a data-centric landscape, behave responsibly with their data. using governance as a foundation for impactful, responsible AI applications that advance both business goals and ethical standards.
